Angika means physical, in Indian dance, where every part of the body is used to convey a meaning. In dance, when we refer to the body it doesn’t only mean the physicality of the body, but the state of the soul and body combined. Through Angika, we intend to help each individual find this balance, and move through mental blocks of ‘I can’t’.

Angika is an amalgamation of ancient physical sciences and modern research, used to understand the body and soul. Each class will be for 45 minutes a day 2 days a week, and will include techniques with its origins in YOGA, PILATES and KALLARI PATTU. 

The main objective is to help each individual understand their body type, and help them lead healthier lifestyles. Public perception is having fun and working hard generally doesn’t go hand in hand, come let us change your point of view.
